Shipping & Returns
General Shipping Info
We ship to Australia and select international countries.
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. All orders are shipped from our Hobart, Australia atelier.
Time frames and costs
Once your order has been received, we will endeavour to ship it within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on Friday, or on the weekend, will be shipped on the following Monday. Business days include Monday-Friday only.
Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all Australian orders over $59 AUD.
Estimated standard delivery time to Australia is 2-7 business days once shipped. We offer Express Next-business-day shipping on Australian orders (if places before 12pm) which may be selected at checkout.
Please note that any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times are based on our best estimates, and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.
NOTE due to COVID-19 some significant changes to delivery time standards were implemented by Australian Post.
Changes and cancellations
If you would like to make any modifications to your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your request. We can not make any changes or cancellations to your order once a shipping confirmation has been issued.
Lost or damaged shipments
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package. If you are shipping to a building without a concierge or safe place to leave a parcel, we strongly recommend adding a signature request to your shipment. In order to do so, please contact email@example.com once your order has been placed.
If an item has been damaged in transit, HYS will provide you with a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us with your order details and an accompanying photo of the damaged item.
Returns and exchange
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges. We encourage you to purchase samples of the product before committing to the full size version. Should we make an error when fulfilling your online order, HYS will gladly refund or replace the relevant products.
